The Road To Free Television

By Jason Shiller

There is a secretive law that almost no one knows about that guarantees everyone access to free television. The law requires that any television station operating in the U.S. MUST transmit a signal of their broadcast via an “Over The Air” signal. This is probably different than how you currently watch TV which is through cable wire or satellite dish.

So why doesn’t anyone know about this law?

Well, there are two reasons: the first is because there are billion dollars companies that depend on keeping it a secret from you. But the bigger reason is that until recently, the picture quality of broadcast TV hasn’t been anything to write home about. If the words “rabbit ears” mean anything to you, then you know what I am talking about.

And that is the craziest part — recently the government forced these TV stations to transmit their broadcast in digital format with HD quality. This means that not only are these signals available for free, but the image resolution is actually better than what’s available from your cable or satellite connection.

TV viewers can now watch free television in dazzling high definition — the picture quality that their TVs were actually built to display.

But here’s the rub — your TV probably isn’t set up to capture these higher resolution signals. More on that in a second.

Did you know that your old cable service has always included a lot of channels that were completely free? It was the premium channels that you could only buy through a cable or satellite subscription (HBO, Showtime, etc).

But now with the growth of services like Netflix, Hulu and HBO Go, people can buy the premium channels they want directly from the source and cut out the cable middle man.

While this is a good thing, there’s still some TV content that has blocked people from dumping their cable or satellite subscriptions. Live sports, local news, and the occasional live event like the Oscars prevent people from canceling their subscription because they think it’s the only way to watch this content.

But now there is a way to not only watch these channels for free, but also get it delivered in AMAZING HD quality.

And this is where the LiveWave Antenna comes into the picture.

The LiveWave Antenna is a next generation antenna that allows your TV to capture these digital HD signals and gives you access to over 100 free channels with better picture quality than you currently have.

This means you can finally get those greedy cable companies out of your life once and for all.

Over-the-air broadcasts are transmitted in uncompressed, crystal-clear 1080i, which is actually a higher resolution than cable or satellite.

The creators of the LiveWave Antenna took advantage of new software released by the military and combined it with supercomputing power to simulate and test thousands of different antenna designs. The result was a paper-thin, indoor antenna that’s only 8.3 x 4.7 in size.

With the LiveWave antenna, your TV can capture these superior HD quality broadcasts and translate them into your TV display.

All you have to do is place the antenna anywhere indoors – on the wall, window or behind the TV using the adhesive tape that comes with it. Next, plug the antenna cable into the coaxial input on your TV (every TV has a coaxial input). Then run a channel scan using your TV. In two minutes, you will be up and running watching all those free channels in HD quality.

What channels can you get with the LiveWave Antenna?

It depends on your location but you will certainly get the major networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and others. Not only that, most of these TV stations air their signal in Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound, giving you superior sound AND a higher quality picture.

The only thing people hate more than paying their cable bill is having to speak with the cable operator’s customer service on the phone. People despise their cable company! In fact, surveys have shown that people would rather go to the DMV than deal with their local cable operator.

How satisfying would it be to call up your cable company and tell them to take a hike? If you have suffered through your cable company’s customer service in the past, watch how quickly they fall all over themselves trying to keep your business when you tell them that you’re canceling them. It’s actually fun to listen to them squirm after all the times they left you waiting endlessly on hold when you needed their help.

Maybe you enjoy paying over a thousand dollars a year to your cable or satellite company? Probably not. The average home pays anywhere $750 to $1400 a year for their cable service. Chances are, you can come up with many other ways to spend that money.

Compare that to the LiveWave antenna that you can buy for less than $40 which is less than half of what most people pay for a single month of cable service.

So the LiveWave will give you better quality, better sound, at a fraction of the cost of only one month’s cable bill and it has no commitment or annual fee. Once you buy the LiveWave and connect it to your TV — you’re set for good.

You’re leaving money on the table every day that you don’t add the LiveWave Antenna to your home entertainment system. Click here to read more about how it works and where to buy it.
